About The Position

The Bowling Lanes Attendant is responsible for providing customer service, including food and beverage service (serving alcohol), basic troubleshooting of bowling machines, and maintaining daily records. The role also involves daily and weekly cleaning duties of lanes, machines, and the work area, as well as daily preparation work for guest service and assisting guests with bowling monitors, balls, and lanes. Computer skills, particularly with the AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system, are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent grammar and verbal skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Maturity and self assurance
• Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
• Daily record keeping and inventory
• Ability to make mature decisions
• Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
• Heavy and light cleaning

Nice To Haves

• Food/Beverage experience preferred
• Computer skills preferred – AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system
