Requirements

• Strong communication skills and have the ability to approach guests in an enthusiastic, courteous and helpful manner -required
• Work in inclement weather (sun, snow, cold) - required
• Level 7 Skiing/Rider - required
• Strong independent worker - required
• Able to work a varied schedule - required
• Able to lift & carry up to 30lbs - required
• Comfortable skiing with a backpack weighing 10-15 lbs - required
• Able to communicate in English - required
• Commitment to end of season

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience - helpful
• In person interview - preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the on mountain public restroom facilities as well as various auxillary buildings.
• Ski or ride to the various facilities and maintain them for our guests and staff.
• Daily cleaning of the facility, stocking supplies, shoveling snow to maintain entrances and pathways, minor repairs, assisting other department staff as needed.
• Interaction with other Vail Resorts employees and the guests; therefore, they must have a positive attitude, be adaptable and flexible, and have a high level of communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned
