About The Position
We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community. Pay range $14-$18/hr + tips. Tips are generally between $4-$6/hr after the 90 day probationary period. Shifts are generally 8 am to 4 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. We are hiring 1 PT and 1 FT position with weekend availability required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available beyond the summer.

Responsibilities
- Builds fresh sandwiches and bowls in retail packaging or on demand, per given recipes and guides.
- Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars.
- Assists customers at service counter, answers phones.
- Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report, and follow leaderships' instructions.
