Bowl Attendant
About The Position
At Main Event, the Bowl Attendant welcomes Guests, provides information about activities and specials, and helps ensure a fun, memorable bowling experience. The role requires a high-energy, helpful, and knowledgeable approach, along with use of the systems needed to perform the job and a commitment to safety and sanitation standards. Bowl Attendants maintain the Bowl Desk and bowling lanes, help Guests get started and select activities, process payments, and address lane malfunctions. They also issue and clean bowling shoes, support lane setup, and ensure Guests follow bowling safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
- Promote and recommend activities based on Guests’ needs and activity availability.
- Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
- Issue and clean bowling shoes and maintain shoe organization.
- Escort Guests to their lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
- Ensure Guests adhere to bowling safety standards.
- Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
- Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes and complete side duties.
