Bowl Attendant
About The Position
At Main Event, Bowl Attendants create a welcoming experience for Guests, provide information about activities and specials, and help make each visit fun and memorable. They support an exceptional bowling experience by using business systems effectively and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation. The role involves welcoming and guiding Guests, assisting with bowling lanes and equipment, handling transactions, and keeping the Bowl Desk and lanes clean and organized. The position requires a Guest-focused, helpful, high-energy approach, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests. Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but is not required. Team Members should be available to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage with Guests while serving as an ambassador of FUN.
- Promote and recommend activities based on Guests’ needs and activity availability.
- Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
- Issue and clean bowling shoes and maintain shoe organization.
- Escort Guests to their lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
- Ensure Guests follow bowling safety standards.
- Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
- Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes and complete side duties.
