Requirements

Nationally Recognized Fitness Certification
1+ years of experience as a boutique fitness instructor is preferred, with a proven track record of motivating groups and driving results.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry.
A competitive edge, with a drive for excellence that pushes you to surpass goals and elevate the experience of every member.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and commitment to helping the team achieve collective success.
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Additional Fitness Certifications or workshops related to fitness and health are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead specialized fitness classes with passion and precision, ensuring each member is engaged, challenged, and motivated to push beyond their limits.
Deliver results-driven instruction, including form correction and personalized modifications, to ensure every participant achieves results through expert guidance and customized instruction.
Set the tone for each class with energy, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, using a dynamic presence to keep members excited and motivated.
Cultivate a strong sense of community within classes, ensuring each member feels seen, valued, and supported, while building rapport and encouraging loyalty.
Connect with members after each class to gather feedback and adjust the approach to continually improve their experience.
Ensure members maintain proper form and technique while pushing them to new heights, prioritizing safety and leading with precision.
Provide exceptional customer care to ensure members feel valued and connected to the AVANT community.
Establish clear behavior standards that align with AVANT's philosophy and ensure team members uphold them consistently.
