About The Position

We are looking for experienced and charismatic Cycle Instructors to join our elite team. The ideal candidates will possess not only a strong background in fitness but also an ability to provide a personalized and exclusive experience for our members. You will lead specialized fitness classes, offer tailored instruction, and create an ambiance of excellence and motivation within our luxury fitness and wellness space. You are a fitness and health enthusiast who is motivated to share your technical knowledge and deliver top-tier, fitness classes, ensuring a sophisticated and engaging environment for all participants. You are a multi-tasker who is able to keep an attentive eye on your class participants ensuring everyone is safe, using proper technique and enjoying themselves. You thrive on encouraging and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals through group exercise classes. You are personable, often energetic, and always dedicated to helping our members improve their overall health and wellness. You build and maintain strong, professional relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty within the gym. You aren’t shy to be center stage and uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the gym's luxury status and enhances the overall member experience. You are continuously learning, staying abreast of the latest trends in fitness and luxury services, participating in ongoing professional development to continually elevate your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Nationally recognized fitness certification
Certifications or workshops relating to fitness and health
Current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment
A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience as a boutique fitness instructor is advantageous and preferred
Additional certifications may be required to qualify for a pay level increase

Responsibilities

Lead specialized fitness classes
Offer tailored instruction
Create an ambiance of excellence and motivation within our luxury fitness and wellness space
Deliver top-tier fitness classes, ensuring a sophisticated and engaging environment for all participants
Keep an attentive eye on class participants ensuring everyone is safe, using proper technique and enjoying themselves
Encourage and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals through group exercise classes
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty
Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism
Continuously learn and stay abreast of the latest trends in fitness and luxury services
Participate in ongoing professional development
Arrive to the club 10 - 15 minutes prior to the class beginning
Check-in at the front desk
Chat with members getting ready to participate in class (being receptive to music suggestions, being aware of clients who have injuries and require modification etc.)
Welcome members to your class, introduce yourself and get them excited!
Conduct class with enthusiasm and motivation
Remain 10 - 15 minutes after the class to connect with members and obtain feedback
