About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking a Chloé Boutique Director. This role is the primary ambassador for the Maison, responsible for welcoming guests and leading the boutique's business. The director will champion client relationships, drive omnichannel sales, lead and develop the team, and ensure operational excellence within the boutique.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of retail management experience with a specific focus on concession business management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Operationally strong, able to translate strategies into operational plans.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and sales skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy.
  • Excellent communicator passionate about building relationships and networking, with strong social skills.
  • Ability to positively lead, coach, and develop talents/team members from different backgrounds.
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs.
  • Strong sense for client satisfaction, luxury experience, etiquette, and human behavior.
  • Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Set up and monitor CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
  • Coordinate contact campaigns and supervise the use of CRM tools.
  • Supervise the client database, with a focus on VIC clients.
  • Proactively propose activities to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Supervise sales on the floor to improve business performance and customer service.
  • Ensure full team engagement with omnichannel services.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans to improve business in line with Maison strategy.
  • Set up and monitor retail targets for the boutique and per stylist.
  • Actively participate in commercial activities and propose new ideas to improve business.
  • Stay aware of the local trading environment and competitor activities.
  • Organize and lead team briefings to maintain high motivation.
  • Perform individual performance assessments with team members.
  • Coach the team on the floor, identify training needs, implement training, and lead development plans.
  • Lead recruitment and induction of the team, coordinating with HR.
  • Lead by example, foster team spirit, and embody Chloé's values.
  • Actively participate in the Store Managers community, sharing best practices and providing support.
  • Supervise the boutique environment to ensure it is impeccable.
  • Liaise with operations or retail managers for repairs or improvements.
  • Ensure implementation of guidelines related to store, BOH management, and sustainability.
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and stock management.
  • Oversee compliance with Richemont policies and standards.
  • Lift at least 20lbs as needed.
