The Boutique Consultant provides exceptional customer service in a specialty retail environment focused on curated, preowned formal and special occasion apparel. This role is responsible for providing a personalized shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting high quality formalwear, and maintaining boutique standards. Beyond sales, the Consultant supports mission driven resale operations including intake, merchandising, and inventory care and assists with general retail store operations as needed. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.
