About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking a Temporary Boutique Assistant for its Chloe brand. As an ambassador for the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, supporting boutique management, providing excellent customer service, and assisting stylists during sales. This role also involves daily operational tasks and maintaining the brand's image and values. Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
  • Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
  • Basic computer skills (tablets, PC).
  • Must be able to stand on feet all day.
  • Passionate about Chloe.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask with precision.
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
  • Self-Starter with Team-Player approach.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures an exceptional client experience by welcoming and tending to clients as they enter the boutique and navigate through the store.
  • Offers beverage service, provides wait time information, etc.
  • Assists the selling team with running products, wrapping products for clients, client beverage service and clean-up, coat check, and faxing/copying forms as needed.
  • Supports the sales team with handling service items and providing them to the service/operations team for repairs.
  • Participates in all inventory checks and properly handles merchandise, including movement within the Boutique Inventory Tool, tagging, Quality Control, organization, protection, cycle counts, daily counts, auditing, and reconciliation/problem-solving.
  • Handles daily replenishment and ordering of supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participates in set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
  • Assists as needed with the proper preparation and packaging of product for shipment.
  • Understands and complies with all policies and procedures, including Chloe security and operational procedures (i.e., product handling, inventory control, etc.).
  • Supports the sales team and ensures audit compliance (i.e., tax exemption form, 8300 form, external boutique transactions, gift certificates, sales recognition and telephone order).
  • Develops a deep understanding and knowledge of the brand and products to convey Chloe's purpose and core values.
  • Adheres to visual guidelines, actively participates in daily store set up/pulling of showcases and visual merchandising, as well as daily replenishment of stock.
