About The Position
The Bottleless Cooler Installer/Tech installs, repairs, and maintains bottleless water coolers at homes and businesses. The role involves connecting water lines, replacing filters, performing routine maintenance, checking for leaks, troubleshooting basic issues, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment. The technician also provides professional, friendly on-site customer service and documents completed jobs and parts used. Work takes place at customer locations, including commercial offices, schools, healthcare facilities, residential properties, and other sites. The schedule is full-time, with occasional overtime or emergency service calls depending on the employer.
Requirements
- Mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or repair experience.
- Basic troubleshooting and tool skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, hands-on, and ready to get the job done.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and replacement parts.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and work in confined installation areas.
