The Customer Care Associate (CCA) is a redemption center employee positioned on the exterior of the site. The role involves greeting and engaging with customers, informing them of redemption center policies and procedures, welcoming them, and answering any questions they may have upon entry. The employee is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the building (and interior as needed) to ensure safety for staff and customers.
