About The Position

The Bosch Production System (BPS) Manager is responsible for the strategic advancing of Lean Concepts and procedures within the Norman facility in practice, adaptation, and cultural integration. Through the implementation of specific strategies, training and advocacy, this role will play a significant piece of bringing the Norman organization to a new culture. This is achieved through both direct and influential leadership. The BPS Manager will develop a strong partnership with cross-functional teams at all levels in the plant. This role will play a major role in successfully implementing lean in operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs by aligning the processes, measurements, standards, and efforts across the facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 7+ years' experience in the application of lean principles, and statistical tools and methods
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
