Boomi Middleware Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Boomi Middleware Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. The developer will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support, while partnering with application teams, enterprise architects, and integration partners. The role involves collaborating with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. The successful candidate will bring hands-on Boomi expertise and broad knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures. They will also contribute through code and design reviews, mentor more junior engineers, and deliver production-ready work with strong engineering discipline and clear communication.
Requirements
- Five or more years of integration experience, with a strong focus on Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi processes, connectors, and Atom/Molecule runtimes.
- Scripting skills in Groovy and JavaScript for Boomi customization.
- Working knowledge of Boomi API Management.
- Experience with API security standards, including OAuth2, mTLS, and certificate-based security.
- Familiarity with event-driven integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling for Boomi.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Boomi Professional or Architect certifications.
- Exposure to Boomi Flow and Boomi DataHub.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant integration patterns.
- Experience with related platforms such as MuleSoft, OIC, or SAP CPI.
- Working knowledge of FinOps and integration cost management.
