About The Position

Great Lakes Petroleum is hiring a Boom Truck Operator to deliver tanks to company-owned sites and customers. The driver is responsible for completing assigned duties efficiently and operating the vehicle in accordance with company policy. The role includes loading and unloading tanks, safely operating trucks, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and completing required paperwork.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean MVR.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
• Meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
• Submit to quarterly random drug screens as required by FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tanks in accordance with company and governmental regulations.
• Operate trucks safely according to company policies and state and federal laws.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform safety inspections of trucks, equipment, and facilities.
• Check oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items daily.
• Complete and transmit paperwork according to established company protocols.
