About The Position

As a Bookstore Keyholder, you will provide world-class customer service, partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members, and train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process. You will also support the operations of the store with necessary activities such as open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks. Additionally, you will steward donations well by building and maintaining an awareness of current literary trends and popular titles.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred
