Universal Parking is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Supervisor to support daily financial reporting and assist with garage operations at our Canal Place location in New Orleans. The Bookkeeper/Supervisor will be responsible for daily reporting and data entry while also supporting on-site operations through customer interaction and oversight of garage activity. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and ensures smooth day-to-day functionality of the facility.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills, primarily over the phone
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask between administrative and operational responsibilities
  • Dependable and able to work independently in a part-time capacity

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily reporting and data entry related to garage operations
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance to parkers
  • Support on-site operations and assist with general supervision of the facility as needed
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks to support the location
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
