About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support payroll, donation tracking, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting for our organization.
Requirements
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and accounting software
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
Nice To Haves
- Payroll experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks, BambooHR, or donor management software is a plus
- Non-profit accounting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process payroll through BambooHR
- Track and record donations in Donorbox
- Update spreadsheets and monthly budget reports
- Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll records
- Communicate with staff regarding support and payroll reporting
