About The Position
Our client, located in McKinney, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months. Commitment through March 15, 2026 is required. This role is in-office.
Requirements
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- 50% of the work is Payroll, which includes payroll reports, payroll taxes, payroll tax reporting, payroll schedules, and payroll processing.
- 50% of the work in with the Accounting Services department, which includes monthly financials, quarterly financials, and year-end reconciliations.
- Must be able to hit the ground running.
Nice To Haves
- Accounting / CPA firm experience is a huge bonus.
- Experienced processing payroll / accounting for 1120-S corporations is a huge bonus.
