About The Position

An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Santa Monica, CA area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Bookkeeper with a background working for an accounting department or CPA firm. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO, and other outstanding perks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a MUST

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience with a CPA firm
• Familiar with Advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Familiar with Tax Software

• Processing Payroll
• Filing Payroll Tax Deposits
• Filing Quarterly Payroll Tax Returns
• Filing Year-End Tax Forms
• Filing Sales Tax Forms
• Filing 1099 Forms
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
