About The Position
The Liberty Family of Dealerships has an immediate opening on our Office team! Founded in 1977, the Liberty Family of Dealerships is a family owned and operated organization operating franchised locations for Hyundai, Genesis, KIA, and Subaru in Mahwah, Ramsey, and Emerson. We have an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper at our Mahwah location.
Requirements
- Able to take direction and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Posting vehicle sales and purchases
- Promptly processing payoff checks
- Calculating commissions
- Monitoring progress of contract funding
- Processing deal paperwork
