About The Position

We provide off-grid power and battery-based solutions for homes and businesses throughout Lancaster County. Since 2007, our team has specialized in lighting, installation, service, and repair. As a locally owned, faith-based company, we value safety, positivity, teamwork, and long-term relationships with both customers and employees. This role offers complete ownership of day-to-day financial operations in a small, faith-based company, allowing for direct impact on daily decisions and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required
• At least 2 years using QuickBooks Desktop
• Experience w/ Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Payroll experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Process payroll, including totaling employee time cards.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
• File & remit sales tax.
• Monitor business and auto insurance policies.
• Handle occasional administrative errands, including post office trips.
