As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, invoices, bookkeeping tasks, utilizing accounting software, preparing journal entries, and assisting in financial tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, preparing financial statements and routine reports, recording and posting journal entries in accounting software like QuickBooks, monitoring and managing inventory levels of dental and office supplies, communicating with vendors regarding pricing and orders, assisting with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control. You will also be responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards. Occasional travel to other Columbia Dental locations to provide coverage may be required.
