About The Position

Oversee bookkeeping and finance support, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.

5+ years experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and strong critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with staff
Due to access to financial records, this position requires a high degree of confidentiality
Attend VRL church services on a regular basis
Have attended a DNA class/The Journey and signed a membership agreement
Be in full alignment with VRL's mission, vision, beliefs, and culture.
Be in a Life Group on a regular basis

Attend monthly All Staff meeting and participate in department meetings or other meetings when requested to do so.
