About The Position

Broward Motorsports of West Orlando is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Hours would be Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Requirements

  • Three years experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs & CDK Lightspeed CRM
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Automotive accounting office is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Match purchase orders with invoices
  • Coordinate bank deposits
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Accounting support to Parts, Sales and Service Departments
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Controller or General Manager
