About The Position

Trust Account Bookkeeper – Part-Time | Short Term Rental Manager LLC | Tempe, AZ Short Term Rental Manager LLC is a growing property management company serving clients across the short-term rental industry. We're hiring a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our Tempe-area team and take ownership of our trust account reconciliation process. This is a part-time role, most weeks will be under 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday, flexible within business hours. The position is hybrid with some WFH possible after training. Ideal candidates are professional, experienced bookkeeper's who want meaningful, focused work without a full-time schedule.

Requirements

  • Solid bookkeeping background, ideally with some real estate or property management exposure
  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills
  • Experience with trust account or 3-way reconciliation
  • Comfortable working independently in a small office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Guesty and VRPlatform

Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Process owner statements
  • Handle AP/AR
  • Support TPT reporting and annual tax prep (1099s, W-2s)
  • Help set up financial systems for new properties
  • Occasionally support a bookkeeping assistant
