About The Position

IKON Fire, a division of Super Vacuum Manufacturing, is seeking a Bookkeeper/Parts Specialist to manage bookkeeping duties and handle parts orders and warranty claims. This is a full-time, on-site position in Fort Collins, CO. IKON Fire is the authorized dealer for Rosenbauer fire trucks in Colorado and Wyoming.

Requirements

Associates or equivalent experience in Accounting required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage orders/invoices/requests from multiple customers and vendors.
Proficient in MS Office, inventory management software, and vendor portal navigation.
Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, ability to bend and twist.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test, and a criminal background test.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Authorization: United States (Required)

Nice To Haves

3 years preferred of Acumatica and/or Quickbooks experience.
Experience in inventory / warehouse management a plus.
Experience in fire or automotive a plus.

Responsibilities

Create truck sales orders, capturing all sales, fees, and commissions in Acumatica.
Handle all accounts receivable and payable duties.
Meet all monthly close deadlines.
Create sales/expense/aging reports as needed.
Research, identify, and order specialized parts for fire apparatus from multiple manufacturers.
Maintain an organized warehouse, perform cycle counts, and manage stock levels.
Assist in twice-annual inventory count processes.
Utilize digital parts manuals and schematics to identify correct components for repairs.
Create parts sales orders and purchase orders in Acumatica.
Process incoming parts, inspect for accuracy/damage, and manage outgoing deliveries.
Receive parts into inventory and convert receipts into invoices.
Manage quotes, orders, invoices, and warranty issues, focusing on customer communication, parts follow-through, and minimizing vehicle downtime.
