Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to support accounting and administrative operations. This role handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, and day-to-day office administration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of A/P, A/R, and general ledger functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Manufacturing office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments to ensure timely vendor disbursements and accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, to support cash flow and account accuracy.
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing reconciliations and required documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain organized records to support business operations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX regulations and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and business records to ensure efficient information management.
  • Coordinate office supply procurement and vendor relationships to support daily operations.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with office logistics to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Provide administrative support to management, ensuring timely completion of operational and organizational priorities.
