About The Position

As a Booking Analyst on the Loan Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in closing, analyzing, booking, and servicing small to mid-size commercial and consumer loans. You’ll act as the subject matter expert on loan system requirements for entering and servicing customer, commitment, and loan information.

Responsibilities

Interpreting Loan Documents: Review and understand loan documents such as notes or credit agreements for new, renewed, and modified loans.
System Setup: Accurately set up customer, facility, and loan information in the loan system for new or existing deals.
System Maintenance: Perform system updates related to quality control corrections and subsequent client requests, such as rate changes, payment instructions, and regulatory codes.
Inquiry Management: Research and respond to internal and client-related loan inquiries.
Supporting Department Initiatives: Assist with miscellaneous tasks related to other departmental projects and initiatives.
