About The Position

This role has multiple levels, GL 08 & GL 09, open to candidates with one to five years of transaction processing experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. The Asset Services – Physical Processing team is hiring Paying Transfer Agent Operations Specialists responsible for performing bond processing activities for corporate trust customers. This role follows established procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of bonds while providing internal and external customer service. Responsibilities include reviewing account transactions to assess appropriateness, researching and resolving issues through corrective processing, and tracking data for statistical reporting. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring all legal requirements for special transactions are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in transaction processing

• Clear verbal and written communication, including comfort reaching out to administrators and following through
• Well-developed ability to identify and resolve problems
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and Trust 3000, SWP, SPQR, and familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS.
