About The Position
Aladdin Bail Bonds is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Bond Coordinator to support its operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company is a nationally recognized bail bond provider with locations throughout the United States and operates 24/7. The Bond Coordinator supports operational excellence and helps maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while contributing to responsive and consistent service for customers navigating the legal system. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, Roth 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing and management of bail bond transactions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Communicate promptly and accurately with clients, attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders throughout the bail process.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of bonds issued, payments received, and case statuses.
- Assist with preparing and submitting documentation for bonds and related legal procedures.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure necessary follow-ups and renewals are handled promptly.
- Collaborate with bail agents and internal teams to resolve issues and support efficient case management.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to clients navigating the bail bond process.
