Provides administrative and clerical support to Account Executives and Account Managers. Prepares renewal workbooks and provides them to Account Manager for review. Processes endorsement requests from start to finish, checking for accuracy upon receipt from carrier. Updates ‘future working document’ with current information for next term’s renewal.
