About The Position

As a BOH Cook Crew Member at Chick-fil-A, you are responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly, safely, and accurately in a fast-paced airport environment. Requirements

Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic required.
Ability to follow directions, recipes, and operational procedures consistently.
Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
Maintain speed, accuracy, and food quality during high-volume meal periods.
Ensure all food products are properly stocked, rotated, labeled, and stored.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, prep areas, coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking inventory, and monitoring product levels throughout shifts.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Support daily opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
Respond quickly to changing business demands while maintaining operational standards.
Maintain professionalism, urgency, and teamwork throughout the shift.
Follow all company policies, airport regulations, and safety procedures.
