Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Bodywork & Composite Finishers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Previous experience in bodywork, fiberglass repair, or composite finishing
- Knowledge of sanding and surface prep techniques
- OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
- All PPE
Responsibilities
- Apply body fillers and Bondo to composite surfaces
- Sand and prep fiberglass components for finishing
- Perform repairs and cosmetic corrections
- Work with FRP and fiberglass materials
- Support casting and fabrication operations
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
