About The Position
The Body Shop Technician is responsible for performing high-quality collision repair, refinishing, and restoration work on vehicles in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. This position requires a strong understanding of body repair techniques, metalwork, and refinishing processes to ensure all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of body repair, including disassembly, frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and welding.
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine repair needs.
- Prepare and install parts, panels, and components as required.
- Sand, mask, and prep surfaces for paint application.
- Work closely with estimators and parts departments to ensure proper parts are ordered and repairs align with estimates.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist other technicians and support team members as needed.
