Requirements

Must have reliable transportation
Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability and willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to weather elements.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.

Nice To Haves

Prior body shop experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare trucks for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
Sand and prepare truck surfaces for repair work, ensuring proper readiness for refinishing or part replacement.
Replace components ranging from minor to major truck parts, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
