Requirements
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or in automotive collision repair.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess vehicle body damage to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors and insurance adjusters to accurately estimate repair scope and costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
