We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body restoration, painting, and fiberglass work, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

Certified PPG Painter.
Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.
Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective customer service and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

Nice To Haves

Over five (5) years of experience as a body shop technician preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform full body restoration and paint services for trucks involved in collisions.
Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.
Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
