Body Shop Technician

Our collision center is very busy and continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Body Technician to join our team. We have built a strong reputation for quality repairs and customer service, reflected in our 5-star online customer reviews. Our business is growing, and we need talented technicians to help us keep up with the demand. Our collision center specializes in repairing BMW, MINI Cooper, Toyota/Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Land Rover, Porsche and other vehicles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in collision repair techniques, including structural and non-structural repairs.
- Familiarity with repair equipment, tools, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Technical training in auto body repair.
- I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of luxury and high-quality vehicles.
- Conduct structural and non-structural repairs.
- Utilize repair equipment, tools, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
- Ensure attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Participate in training opportunities for current OEM repair procedures and collision repair technology.
- Obtain manufacturer certifications as available.
