Requirements

- Frame Equipment Knowledge
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
- Follow all safety requirements and accurately track repair time.
- Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process.
- Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders.
- Maintain and properly use required tools, returning special tools after use.
- Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
- Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or operational concerns.
- Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and complete other assigned duties.
