About The Position
Heritage Body Shop is seeking a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support. This full-time receptionist role offers great potential for advancement within the organization, with opportunities to move into Estimator roles. The Body Shop Receptionist will receive callers at the collision center, determine the nature of their business, and direct them accordingly. This role involves routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing basic information to callers.
Requirements
- Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assists with clerical duties as requested
