Requirements
- Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on both minor touch-ups and full body refinishes.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification or similar training is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
- Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
