About The Position
McCarthy Chevrolet - Olathe is seeking a Body Shop Paint Prepper to join their Collision Center team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing projects through to completion. The company offers a fun working environment and is looking for someone to utilize their skills and experience.
Requirements
- Clear and Valid Driver's License
- Must be proficient in water-based paints
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude
- Reliable
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prepping all parts to ready them for paint
- Handle polishing required for all painted items
- Help with Booth Maintenance and Prep Maintenance
- Work closely with management and technicians to complete jobs
- Check in/out paint supply orders
- Assist with loading and unloading the booth
- Performs other duties as assigned
