About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Body Shop Paint Assistant to know the basics of auto body repair. Must be able to block, prep for paint, take things apart and put them back together. We are an exciting, dynamic, and highly successful team. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Nice To Haves

Know the basics of auto body repair.
Able to block, prep for paint, take things apart and put them back together.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-washes and teardowns of damaged vehicles.
Assist collision techs with repairs and reassembly.
Wash vehicles after repairs are completed.
Final inspections.
Performs other duties as needed.
