Requirements

• Previous Body Shop Management experience
• Strong knowledge of collision repair operations
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Track record of improving operational performance and profitability
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership collision center experience
• DRP and insurance claims management
• Knowledge of OEM repair standards
• Familiarity with ADAS calibrations, aluminum repair, and emerging collision technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Body Shop operations
• Manage estimating, scheduling, workflow, and production
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members
• Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, gross profit, cycle times, and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery
