The Shop Manager will be responsible for leading from an eyes-on-production mindset, partnering with an Office Manager to ensure excellent communication, and implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in the B Street Employee Manual. This role involves identifying, creating, and maintaining a positive team culture, ensuring quality control checks and safety/OSHA standards are met, and managing leases, licenses, and permits. The Shop Manager will also be involved in interviewing, selecting, and training employees, utilizing various management and estimating systems, understanding business financials, and meeting financial goals. Extensive training will be provided in each department to ensure a thorough understanding of all business facets before taking on full Store Manager responsibilities.
