About The Position
ABRA Collision Repair in Spokane, WA is seeking a hands-on Body Shop Manager to lead a growing, high-performing team. This role involves managing daily production, maintaining insurer relationships, and coaching technicians. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can balance operational oversight with direct involvement on the shop floor, contributing to the shop's growth and team development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of collision repair industry experience, including some time in a leadership or senior estimator role
- Comfort managing DRP/insurer relationships and understanding scorecard metrics
- Willingness to stay hands-on and lead from the floor
- Strong communicator who can develop technicians and build a team
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR or ASE certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Daily production scheduling and workflow across the shop
- Insurer/DRP relationship management and scorecard performance
- Achieving cycle time, gross profit %, and CSI targets
- Coaching and developing a lean, high-performing crew
- Hands-on involvement in estimating and production when the shop needs it
