We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Full-Time Body Shop Helper to support our technicians and help keep the shop running smoothly. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or shop experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist body technicians with vehicle preparation and minor repair tasks
- Work with the body shop technicians, painters, estimators, and detailers to ensure the best customer service experience.
- Ordering parts that are needed for repairs and keeping all parts needed for repair in order.
- Examines damaged vehicles and performs the repairs per the estimate.
- Documenting all work performed.
- Clean the shop after the vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer
- Do a post-repair inspection and road test.
