About The Position

Bergey’s Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shop Foreman to support daily shop operations while assisting with supplemental estimates, final billing accuracy, quality control, and parts management. This role will also help mentor co-op students and support technicians throughout the repair process to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Body Shop Estimators license for the state of PA
• Minimum 3 years of current collision estimating experience is required
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and managing supplemental repair estimates
• Help review and finalize repair charges for accuracy and completeness
• Provide hands-on support to technicians throughout the repair process
• Mentor and assist multiple co-op students in a shop environment
• Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs
• Assist with touch-up work as needed to maintain repair quality standards
• Support parts inventory management and receiving processes
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environment
• Work closely with production staff to ensure timely vehicle delivery
