About The Position
Collision 24 is hiring an experienced Flat Rate Body Shop Technician for its collision center in Brockton, Massachusetts. The technician repairs damaged vehicle bodies and components according to manufacturer specifications, repair estimates, and established quality standards. The role calls for efficient, detail-oriented work, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Flat Rate Body Shop Technician in a collision center.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and body shop equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Professional attitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs according to repair estimates, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
- Operate body shop tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Inspect parts against repair estimates and verify the correct parts are ordered and received.
- Prepare vehicles for body repairs and assist with repair preparation as needed.
- Identify additional repair needs and promptly communicate them to management.
- Report repair delays, technical challenges, or other issues that may affect repair quality or promised completion times.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection when required.
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous materials, waste disposal, and workplace safety.
- Work cooperatively with team members to support efficient workflow and quality repairs.
- Maintain a professional attitude and treat customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
